Make an Impact

The primary reason for America to exist is what the Pilgrims wrote and signed in the Mayflower Compact when they landed at Plymouth: ". . . for the glory of God, and advancement of the Christian faith, . . ." It is not for political or economic freedom, although these can be beneficial tools. Hopefully, God is not through using America; and if He is not, I suspect there will need to be a spiritual renewal before we see a political one. George Washington said, "Religion and morality are the essential pillars of a civil society."

What can I do to make a spiritual impact in my neighborhood
and in my country?

1. Sign up to receive a Pray for Leaders email and faithfully pray daily by name for a neighbor and a public servant.
2. Forward one of your daily Pray for Leaders emails to Christians on your email list, and encourage them to also sign up.
3. Forward one of your daily Pray for Leaders to your pastor to encourage him to sign up, and to consider offering Pray for Leaders to your church's membership.
